These terms apply to your use of NERvE Security Academy at nervesecurity.co.in. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.
1. The service
NERvE provides cyber security education: lessons, labs, simulations, tools, assessments and certificates. Content is for learning purposes and does not guarantee any job, certification exam result or regulatory compliance outcome.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation administrators are responsible for inviting only people they are authorised to enrol.
3. Acceptable use
- Practise only on systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. Never use what you learn to access systems without permission.
- Do not attempt to attack, overload or bypass the security of this platform, its leaderboard or other users.
- Do not share paid access or certificates you did not earn.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans and payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) as shown on the Plans page.
- Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer to our account. After you submit your transaction ID, we verify the payment and activate your plan, usually within one business day.
- Plans do not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy again.
- Organisation pilots are free for the stated period and seat count, and do not convert to paid plans automatically.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Individual Pro: you may request a full refund within 7 days of activation if you have not downloaded a certificate during that time.
- Organisation seats: refundable within 7 days of activation if fewer than 10% of purchased seats have been used; afterwards, fees are non-refundable for the paid period.
- Duplicate or wrong-amount payments are refunded in full.
- Approved refunds are paid back to the original UPI ID or bank account within 7 working days.

6. Intellectual property
Platform content belongs to NERvE Security Academy or its licensors. You may use it for your own learning or, under an organisation plan, for your organisation's training. Do not resell or republish it.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have jurisdiction.
